Caribbean Queen smoothie Ingredients 8 pieces of mango Coconut milk Chai seeds Extras: ground nutmeg, protein powder. Method Place your 8 frozen mango and ½ cup of coconut milk in the blender. Blend until smooth, and then add 1 tablespoon chai seeds and pulse just a few times to combine. Now you have a sweet, creamy and filling smoothie. Green day smoothie Ingredients ½ cup frozen kale ½ frozen pineapples ½ Greek yoghurt ¼ cup water Method Pour your frozen kale, pineapple, yoghurt and water at once in the blender, blend to a smooth paste and serve.
