Avocado is a rather unique type of fruit. Most fruit consists primarily of carbohydrate, while avocado is high in healthy fats. Avocado is referred to as this “nature’s butter,”  I guess it isn’t hard to figure out why it was called that. The marks form in the dermis, the middle layer of skin that allows it to retain its shape. When constantly stretched, the dermis can break down, leaving stretch marks behind. This kind of scarring happens when skin doesn’t bounce back after it’s been stretched by pregnancy, weight gain, or extreme weight loss. The marks are a form of scarring on the skin with an off-colour hue. They are caused by tearing of the dermis, which over time may diminish, but will not erase completely. 9 POINTERS OF A WRONG RELATIONSHIP

Running into a few bumps in the road is inevitable for all relationships, but how we handle them is what makes us stand from the other couples. If you recognize ahead of time what those relationship problems might be, you’ll have a much better chance of getting past them. Relationships are meant to be peaceful, healthy, educative, building and above all, filled with love and understanding, this is not to say that relationships do not have their ups and downs, but successful couples have learned how to manage the bumps and keep their love life going. They hang in there, tackle problems, and learn how to work through the complex issues of everyday life. A relationship that takes too much of your time, makes you work extra hard to keep it, and you are always second guessing your stand and even your self-worth is no relationship, a relationship that makes you sad half of the time is a sham. Do me a favour and ask yourself these few questions -Do you sometimes feel t
