The importance of fruits is maintaining a healthy lifestyle and this cannot be overemphasized as they help boost vitality of our body organs, but do you know we’ve got fruits and vegetables which look like body parts and no, They actually mirror the body parts which they provide nutrients for.





Carrot – Eye: Pick a carrot then slice, you’ll notice the similarities in pattern between the veggie, the pupil and iris of the eye. Carrots filled with vitamins and antioxidants have been known to promote healthy eyes because it contains beta-carotene which help prevent macular degeneration (a medical condition which may result in blurred or no vision) Generally,  carrots help a great deal in maintaining healthy eyesight.

Grapes – Lungs: Quite similar in shape to the alveoli of the lungs. They have been known to reduce the risk of lung cancer. Its seeds contain a chemical called Proanthocyanidin- an extremely powerful antioxidants which help reduce the severity of allergies such as-triggered asthma, constipation, indigestion, fatigue and kidney disorders, the alveoli of the lungs aid the passage of oxygen from the lungs to the bloodstream just like the shape of the body organ it resembles .

Ginger is good in dealing with stomach problems, this herb resembles the digestive organ and it aids digestion too. “Gingerol an active ingredient responsible for ginger’s scent and taste is recognized for having the ability to prevent nausea and vomiting and also strengthens the mucus layer in the stomach.
