Fat Burning Detoxifying Water

The recommended amount of water to be taken per day is  8-ounce glasses, which equals about 2 liters, or half a gallon., but  a lot of us find it hard to even take the normal two cups every morning not to talk of the complete 8 ounces. Instead, we opt for carbonated drinks and the likes.
