HEALTHY SMOOTHIES!!!

Caribbean Queen smoothie
Ingredients

  • 8 pieces of mango
    Coconut milk
    Chai seeds
Extras: ground nutmeg, protein powder.
Method
Place your 8 frozen mango and ½ cup of coconut milk in the blender. Blend until smooth, and then add 1 tablespoon chai seeds and pulse just a few times to combine. Now you have a sweet, creamy and filling smoothie.
Green day smoothie

Ingredients
  • ½ cup frozen kale
    ½ frozen pineapples
    ½ Greek yoghurt
    ¼ cup water
    Method
    Pour your frozen kale, pineapple, yoghurt and water at once in the blender, blend to a smooth paste and serve.
    You can substitute kale with any green veggie you can find
Strawberry swing

Ingredient
8 frozen strawberries
½ cup of yoghurt
½ shredded, unsweetened coconut
Method
Place your frozen strawberries, yoghurt and coconut in the blender, allow to blend well and you are good to go!!!


Pear blend

  • Ingredient
    1 large pear
    1 grapefruit
    ½ lemon
Method
Cut you pear into the blender, squeeze the grapefruit and lemon into it and allow to blend. Blend until you get a light pink colour drink.
These are very healthy drinks to be taken in the morning, vitamins packed and good for your immune system.
